How to Book a Traveling Professor Small Group Tour

FOR TOURS MORE THAN 180 DAYS IN ADVANCE

  • A “Hold My Spot/Good Faith” deposit amount is $50 per person. Upon receipt, it holds a space for the traveler on a specified tour.
  • Final itinerary/price/dates are typically released 9-12 months before trip starting date. At this time this information will be sent to the traveler.  The traveler then has 21 days to request a full refund of their deposit.   
  • Travelers will be asked to increase their deposit to a total of $450 per person upon acceptance of the final itinerary by the traveler.

FOR TOURS LESS THAN 180 DAYS IN ADVANCE

  • The deposit amount is $450 per person. Upon receipt, it holds a place for a specified tour.
  • The traveler has 21 days to request a full refund of all deposits made UNLESS the trip is within 6 months of commencement.

PAYMENTS

  • To keep costs low, payment by check is preferred.  We also accept Zelle easy bank transfers.
  • We can accept payment by credit card and PayPal.  However, those payments may be subject to a 3% fee charged by banks and PayPal.
