Be a part of  a group of 10-14 active adult travelers on a delightful trip to experience the REAL Italy.  We've planned an engaging and active itinerary to provide you with a memorable tour of the some of the most fascinating and authentic cities and countryside of northern Italy. 

Great Cities and Sites:   Visit Venice, Padua, Bassano del Grappa, Verona, and Vicenza.  Go far from the tourist crowds to experience historic and cultural sites like the Scrovegni Chapel, the Verona Arena, Juliet's balcony, Galileo's University of Padua, Baslicia of St. Anthony, St. Mark's Basilica, St. Mark's Square, Teatro Olimpico, and much more.  Become immersed in an authentic and relaxed Italy, far from the maddening crowds of Rome and Florence.  

The Countryside of Northern Italy:  Excursions to the countryside of northern Italy to examine the food, wine, architecture and history.  This is a part of Italy you probably never knew existed, but will be glad you have seen.  

VIP Museum/Attraction Admission and Unlimited Public Local Transportation:  VIP, no-wait-in-line admission to all the great sites on the itinerary and more.

  • Unlimited local public transportation in Padua.  All transportation as per itinerary in Venice, Vicenza, Verona.  Admission to all attractions on itinerary.  Travelers will be issued a "Padua Card" providing VIP admission to the most popular sites in Padua, even those not on the itinerary.

Hotels and Important Info
  • Travelers depart from their home city and meet at the hotel in Venice.  Airfare is not included.
  • Travelers must be able to walk 2-4 miles daily and have no mobility issues.
  • Hotels:  In Venice, stay at the 4-star canal-side American Dinesen Hotel.  In Padua, the elegant and well-located Majestic Toscanelli, the best hotel in historic Padua. Extra nights available upon request.

  • Price: $2,799 per person, double occupancy.  Have your own room for $399 more.
